The 14th
Edition of the EXPOMATEX Exhibition,
International Textile Machinery Fair,
will be held in Barcelona (Spain)
from the 1st to the 5th of
February 2005.
The
14th Expomatex,
the International Textile
Machinery Fair, is fully
consolidated as the leading
Spanish textile machinery
show and a benchmark exhibition on
an international scale. For this
reason, on occasion of this coming
show, the Expomatex organisation has
intensified its activity in growing
markets such as North Africa and
Latin America.
This
year, Expomatex once again coincides
with the Mostra, the International
Clothing Machinery Show,
which is also being held in
Barcelona on the same dates and in
the same exhibition centre. The aim
of this ambitious project is none
other than to turn Barcelona into
the international capital of the
textile and clothing manufacturing
industry.
Providing
a truly solid international trade
platform with the backing of
Asociación Española de
Constructores de Maquinaria Textil
(AMTEX) and the Asociación de
Representantes de Maquinaria Textil
(ARIMTEX), its future goal
is to become the seat of the ITMA,
the major textile machinery show in
the world, at the 2011 event.
Expomatex is
the maximum exponent of unity in the
textile machinery sector. This trade
show has the aim of becoming the
most important sector and trade
platform in the Mediterranean area;
a nucleus which brings all
professionals, exhibitors and
visitors together. To this end, and
with a clear vision of the future,
Expomatex opens its doors to
all sectors of interest and, with
them, the latest products and
technological advances on the
textile machinery market,
which is constantly evolving and
always demanding more innovative and
intelligent solutions.
