The 2nd
Edition of the APLIMATEC Exhibition,
International Fair of Technical
Applications of Textile Materials,
will be held in Valencia (Spain)
from the 11th to the
13th of May 2004, with two main areas:
 | MATEX:
MATEX is an area designed to
bring together offer and demand
in the one place. Where
exhibitors can display materials
or technologies for use in the
production of all kinds of
manufactured or
semi-manufactured products. In
turn, MATEX offers visitors,
manufacturers and users of
technical textiles, clothing and
shoe manufacturers, interior
designers, engineers, architects
and specifiers, the possibility
of finding opportunities to
create innovative projects, to
discover new ideas and put
forward suggestions for the
development of new products.
It is
essentially about finding
applications and possibilities
for technology which is already
available or which can be
readily incorporated.
Raw materials (fibres, chemical
and auxiliary products),
machinery, processes and
products ( threads, fabrics,
non-woven fabrics, composite
fabrics, pleats, cables)
manufactured, and/or
semi.manufactured with technical
applications in industrial,
service and administration
sectors.

| APLITEC:
APLITEC is an exhibition space
for end textile products for
technical uses, in which textile
companies exhibit their
portfolios, basically consisting
of technical textiles aimed at
users of these materials.
In
APLITEC, exhibitors and visitors
can jointly devise solutions for
the increasingly specific
demands of the different
applications of textile
products. |
